Very simple! We begin by assessing your needs through discussions with you and office visit. We match your needs to the best possible and qualified employee and bring him or her to your office to participate in the employee selection process.

In other words, you try the service and relationship with our employee. If you report satisfaction at once then we are in business. We will monitor the service through phone calls, announced and/or unannounced visits, monthly supervision, surveys, etc. However, if for any reason your needs are not met, please let us know to continue with the employee selection process. Fresco's goal has always been to provide high-quality customer services.

FRECUENCY OF SERVICE
Every office and/or house is unique. The time and frequency of the service depend on specific needs. We provide one time cleaning service and/or scheduled daily, weekly, monthly or any combination of work day commercial/residential maintenance contract.
